Our home, our ranch, shared with you.

We are the Sander-Ferracane’s… Jay, Michelle and our two boys, Carson and Preston. Since 2014, we have poured our hearts into making our home a special place for our family and for others to enjoy. We share our ranch with our animal family consisting of 3 dogs (Otis, Luanne and Fletcher), 4 barn kitties (Rikki, Tikki, Tavi and Diesel), our flock of chickens, 8 mustangs and 2 burros. We began by hosting weddings for our friends, equine clinics and fundraising events for the non-profit Michelle founded called the Great Escape Mustang Collaborative. With each event, we’ve made connections with local caterers, mobile cocktail services, photographers, florists, musicians, artisans, event rental companies, as well as have added on facilities and made improvements, making special events even better. In our latest addition, we’ve brought a vintage 1906 wooden train caboose to the ranch and yes, it’s on a track! We are currently remodeling it to become a Parlor for brides and/or grooms to get ready for their special day, while giving yet another unique area for photographic opportunities!

We will be opening our doors Summer 2024 and are accepting venue reservations now. Please reach out if you feel like we would be a good match for your event.
